WELL DRILLING
We provide water solutions by drilling tubular wells in the commercial, industrial, residential and agricultural areas nationwide. The well can be drilled between 120 and 180 feet deep or more if necessary, depending on the conditions of the land and region. Our wells have a protective gridded casing in PVC or Metal pipes in 10, 8, 6, or 4 inches, with type 4 gravel and a 10-20 feet concrete sanitary seal.
PUMPING TESTS
Pumping tests are performed to determine the well flow and its measurement levels. This type of tests helps to establish more accurately the type and size of the pumping equipment to be installed in a well. This is a requirement for the regsitration of an industrial or comercial well. The tests can be done on 24, 48 or 72 continuous hours, and include well production (GPM), static and dynamic level measurements and well recovery time. Also included is a chemical and Bacteriological tests of the water (20 parameters), required by the Ministry of Health, IDAAN and the Ministry of Environment per well drilled. These exams are carried out through an approved laboratory by the Ministry of Health.
HYDROLOGICAL STUDY FOR WATER CONCESSION
The Hydrological Study is prepared by a qualified professional (Geologist, Hydrologist or Hydro-Geologist) and consists of the following points.
Analysis of the pumping test data for the total number of hours.
Performance curves.
Calculation of hydraulic properties of the porous medium.
Hydrological and geological profile of the well.
Optimal pumping calculation without exhausting the underground system.
Hydrological report to request the concession before the Ministry of Environment.
